New Me

If we have received Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour we have been made new. This newness is more than a refreshing or cleaning up of the old way of being. It is a total transformation, as different as going from total darkness to sparkling light. With this transformation comes freedom from bondage. The more we renew our minds to the fullness Jesus' life, death and resurrection paid for, the more we will be transformed into His likeness in this life.

Consider all the ways you have been made new in and through Christ as you Write the Scriptures below:

Ezekiel 36:26

And I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you. And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.

2 Corinthians 5:17

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.

Romans 6:4

We were buried therefore with him by baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life.

Romans 12:2

Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.

Galatians 2:20

For neither circumcision counts for anything, nor uncircumcision, but a new creation.

Ephesians 4:23-24

And be renewed in the spirit of your mind, and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness.

Colossians 3:9-10

Do not lie to one another, since you have put off the old man with his deeds, and have put on the new man who is renewed in knowledge according to the image of Him who created him
