In this the love of God was made manifest among us, that nGod sent his only Son into the world, so that we might live through him. 1 John 1:9 ESV

It is good to take time to consider deeply that we are each loved by God eternally. We may hear it often, but it is always worth pausing to reflect on the magnitude of this blessing. Thankfully, God does not love us because we are good, loveable or deserving outside of Him. God loves us because He is Love, as we saw last week.

As you read and write this week's Scriptures, reflect on God's love revealed. Receive it, accept it and ask the Holy Spirit for a revelation of God's love for you, personally.

Think about how being conscious of God's love in every moment of every day can change your perspective and change you.

This week's seven Write the Scriptures on 'God loves me' are:

Ephesians 2:4-5

But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved

1 John 4:9

In this the love of God was made manifest among us, that God sent his only Son into the world, so that we might live through him.

Zephaniah 3:17

The Lord your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love; he will exult over you with loud singing.

Jeremiah 31:3

The Lord appeared to him from far away. I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore I have continued my faithfulness to you.

Romans 5:8

But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

1 John 3:1

See what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God; and so we are. The reason why the world does not know us is that it did not know him.

Psalm 63:3-4

Because your steadfast love is better than life, my lips will praise you. So I will bless you as long as I live; in your name I will lift up my hands.
